Friday night while Hurricane Harvey made landfall the Rojas Family suffered a huge loss. Although their lives were spared, shortly after evacuating all 3 homes were engulfed in flames. Everything they worked years to build with their own bare hands was lost in an instant. Jesus Rojas Jr., Norma Rojas, Jerry Rojas, 15yr old Romeo Rojas, Natali Rojas, and 3 yr old Jaxson Ozias Rojas lived in the Victorian home. Jesse Rojas III, Jennifer Rojas, 16 yr old Jesse Rojas IV, 13 yr old Christian Alejandro Rojas, and 10 yr old Isabella Rojas lived in the other. Natali and Jaxson had just started to build their very own 2 bedroom home which was also taken by the fire. The family has suffered so much recently losing their 17 yr old granddaughter/niece Adalin Nicole, father/grandfather Jesus Rojas Sr., their daughter Cidalin Monreal Rojas fight against cancer, and now this tragic event. However, through it all, they have stuck together. Only one of the homes was limited insured, but the other two were not. We are asking you from the bottom of our hearts to help us rebuild. We will be truly grateful for any donations as they try to rebuild and make new memories. So many beautiful memories were lost in the fire, some that can never be replaced such as Adalin's personal belongings. The family has beautiful faith in God and the Blessed Mother. They have hope that they will come back stronger from this.
